Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Teaching certification is preferred but not required
- Having TESOL, TOIC, and IELTS certification is a plus
- Previous English teaching experience will be advantageous

Role
- Teach English skills online to Vietnamese students
- Provide verbal and written instructional feedback to students
- Assess and evaluate students’ performance
- Grammar and pronunciation corrections
- Provide feedback and class remarks
- Keep every lesson simple and fun!
- Encourage the students to follow directions to help them understand the lesson in a short time
- Perform basic troubleshooting of technical aspects of the class
- Report any issues with classes
- Adjust to the learning levels of students
- Remaining knowledgeable about and respectful of cultural differences
- Observe and adhere to company quality assurance guidelines, including using online lesson tools, lesson delivery process, and standards
