  • Is it a booking system at EDSY?

> Yes. This is why tutors have a flexible schedule and they choose their availability. The classes depend on whether or not they have prior class bookings.

  • Are classes one-to-one or by group?

> Both.

  • How long is the session per class at EDSY?

> One class is equivalent to a 40-minute session. Unlike in many other ESL schools that have 25-minute class time, at EDSY all classes (both one-to-one and group class) must follow the uninterrupted 40-minute rule duration.

  • Are lesson materials provided?

> Yes. EDSY has their own lesson topics. Besides, the online courses and content follow Cambridge English and CEFR guidelines.

  • Should tutors use Zoom or Skype during online classes?

> No. EDSY has its online platform or software where teachers and students can log in and meet for their classes.

  • How much do EDSY pay their Filipino tutors? (one-to-one and group glass)

> For one-on-one class service: USD 4 per sign-up for a 40-minute group class (equivalent to USD 6 per hour per sign-up) with more than one (1) sign-up. For example, if the group class has four (4) sign-ups, Tutor will be compensated for USD 16 per 40-minute class (equivalent to USD 24 per hour).

> For group class service: USD 4 per sign-up for a 40-minute group class (equivalent to USD 6 per hour per sign-up) with more than one (1) sign-up. For example, if the group class has four (4) sign-ups, Tutor will be compensated for USD 16 per 40-minute class (equivalent to USD 24 per hour).
