Who are your clients/customers?
I mentor individuals who are English language learners (ELLs) : Koreans, Japanese, and Taiwanese, among others. I also cater to Filipinos who need help in IELTS speaking, online teaching, and in creating their resumes.
Who will do the coaching or mentoring?
There’s only one person who does all the work, and it’s me —Monica.
I want to know some tips on how to improve my English skill, can you help me?
Yes, certainly. My service is focused on mentoring, and part of my job is to lay out the effective techniques or strategies in improving your English skills.
What's introductory session?
It’s an introduction meeting or talk to determine whether you’d like to hire me or proceed with my service. It’ll give you an idea about a particular subject/topic/service before a more detailed explanation. It’s free of charge.
I don't want to have a proper class or use a lesson material, can I have a free conversation instead?
Yes, you can. In my tutoring service, I discouraged the use of camera or video, so the session will be done through audio only. I use Zoom, Skype, or KakaoTalk, and you’re free to choose which one’s most convenient for you.
Is this an online school?
No, it isn’t. This is a personal website owned and managed by Monica. She’s an expert in ESL teaching with a strong passion for helping others.
